For our House Milled Kamut Spelt Sourdough we freshly mill in house Kamut Khorasan and Spelt grains, ensuring that you get 100% of the grain. We use 20% House Milled Kamut Khorasan and 20% House Milled Spelt and 60% Organic Unbleached Flour, which is a Hard Red Spring Wheat.
