For our House Milled Kamut Sourdough we freshly mill in house Kamut Khorasan grains, ensuring that you get 100% of the grain. We use 40% House Milled Kamut Khorasan and 60% Organic Unbleached Flour, which is a Hard Red Spring Wheat.
