Our English Muffins are made with a slow rise creating lots of flavour and pockets of air that create a nice open crumb and then "baked" on a griddle. When you split it open with a fork, you will have lots nooks and crannies butter to pool into.
These are perfect for eating with some butter or jam, or make a perfect base for Eggs Benedict!
