We use Sprouted Organic Red Spring Wheat flour in our Sprouted Wheat Sourdough loaf. Sprouting grains releases vitamins and activates enzymes, which makes the grains more flavourful and digestible. To sprout the grain, the wheat berries are misted with water, they are then sprouted in a controlled environment; then they are dried and milled into flour.
Our Sprouted Wheat Sourdough loaf is made with 50% Organic Whole Sprouted Wheat Flour and 50% Organic Unbleached Organic Flour.
