These bars are filled with seeds, nuts and dates, complemented with the taste of rolled oats. A bit crunchy on the edges but nice and soft. As a bonus they are Vegan being made with coconut oil and containing no eggs.
If you like them a bit firmer, let them spend some time in the refrigerator.
