Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we do deliver, that is currently our only distribution method. For a new customer, when you go through the checkout, you will be asked for your address and other information to set up an account. You will then select Local Delivery and be prompted for cell/mobile number so we can update you on delivery, and you can provide any other delivery instructions. 

We currently limit our delivery area to the South West / West area of Edmonton. Primarily the quadrant of south of Stony Plain Road and west of Gateway Boulevard. Local Delivery is free when you order more than $15, and if your order less than $15 delivery $5 per order. 

We currently do not have a bricks and mortar store that you can come to. We are a home based business located in SW Edmonton, AB.  

We take all orders through our Bonne Vie Bakery Online Store at bonneviebc.com. On the home page, you will see a section "Current Bakes" with picture of the Bake Day below. Click on on of the bake days to see the items that are offered for that bake day. You can also see these from the main menu by clicking on “Current Bakes”. Our cut-off is 2 days prior to the bake/delivery day. So if we are baking and delivering on Saturday, the cut-off is 6 pm Wednesday evening.

Select what you want for your order then go to the checkout.  

After you go through the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email or text from our online store. We be in touch with all of you via email/text message the day before to confirm your orders and provide you with a delivery window.  

Deliveries will typically be in the afternoons. 

Please provide accurate contact information as any updates will be sent by the email and/or text message.   

Our preferred payment options eTransfer or cash. We do accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) through our website.

That depends. Our basic breads contain flour, water and salt; that is it. We will produce baked goods including breads that contain tree nuts, peanuts, dairy products and other potential allergens. During the creation of the products, especially any that contain peanuts and other nuts, we take the effort to minimize any cross contamination with other nut free items we may be baking, but this cannot be guaranteed.
